I started again today.
Here's what I did in my home gym:
Warm-up: 5 minute walk around the garden
Barbell Squats
Push-Ups
Deadlifts
Pull-Ups
Calf Raises
Shoulder Presses
Barbell Rows
Standing Backbends
Except for the pull-ups (of which I only did 2 dead-hang reps for each set), I did 2 sets of 15 for each exercise and took a 60 second rest in between.
I really felt my quads burn during the leg exercises and can feel the stiffness right now if I contract them while I'm seated. This should make for a fun day tomorrow. :D
After 2 months of not working out...
